Evaluator de Competente Profesionale/Competencies Assessor

01) Definitii:

a) CNFPA:

„Evaluatorul de competente profesionale este un specialist cu experienta recenta de munca si/sau

de coordonare in ocupatiile pentru care este desemnat de un centru de evaluare, sa efectueze

evaluari.

Evaluatorul explica si detaliaza candidatului, la cerere, continutul si prevederile standardului

ocupational ajutandu-l sa-si evalueze propria performanta profesionala in raport cu acesta si sa

decida intrarea voluntara in procesul de evaluare.

El raspunde de punerea in aplicare a intregului proces de evaluare, stabilind impreuna cu candidatul

programul si metodele de evaluare, inregistrand apoi rezultatele evaluarii.”

„The measurement of an employee's performance against an agreed set of standards for work-based activities. There are four dimensions to assessment: the knowledge and understanding required to carry out a task; the performance indicators to be looked for; the scope or range of situations across which an employee is expected to perform; and any particular evidence requirements. Vocational qualifications for a wide range of jobs in the United Kingdom are based on a set of occupational standards that contain these elements. Recent years have seen a dramatic rise in the use of direct observation at work by trained assessors, the collection of personal portfolios, and peer assessment techniques such as 360 degree appraisal. All require the careful review of work behavior against a set of indicators that have been clearly shown to be associated with successful performance.”

 

02) Cine poate fi evaluator de competente profesionale (in „viziunea” COMPASS):

- poseda experienta de munca recenta in domeniul in care face evaluarea

- are o pregatire teoretica de specialitate: curs de evaluator de competente

- are experienta practica de realizare de evaluari (minim 1 an)

 

03) Tipuri de servicii si activitati realizabile/oferite (in „viziunea” COMPASS):

- evaluarea angajatilor cu o anumita ocupatie, in vederea certificarii competentelor dobandite pe cale non-formala
